Bought (12) 400A Canadian Solar panels, they were shipped in quick order. The 3rd party freight company forked the pallet wrong and broke the 2 bottom panels! Quite a shame as they are very nice panels. Michael took care of everything and had 2 replacement panels to me within days. My only regret is that I wish I had a need for more of these panels right now, they are great
